Appetizers (to start your event)
Cold Hors D' oeuvres- Table filled with a bounty of fresh fruits, vegetables, variety of cheeses and crackers and assorted dips.
Hot Hors D' oeuvres- Bacon wrapped scallops, spicy chicken quesada's, spanakopita, and more all served while your guests mingle.
Prime Rib & Chicken Cordon Bleu or Baked Cod
Prime rib carved at station and chicken cordon bleu with mushroom sauce, baked potato, vegetables, tossed salad, rolls, and coffee.
Smorgasbord
Carved top round of beef, baked BBQ chicken, marinated pork loin, pasta dish with potatoes, vegetables, tossed salad, rolls, and coffee.
Chicken Dinner
Chicken any style, pasta dish, potatoes, vegetables, tossed salad, rolls, and coffee.
Hot Sandwich Feast
Marinated chicken breast, rib eye steak, and hot sausage links, with grilled peppers & onions, salt potatoes, vegetables, tossed salad, sandwich rolls, and coffee.
Genny Appetizers
Taco salad, chicken wings, our own pizza, marinated meatballs, fried shrimp, mozz. sticks, vegetable platter, fresh fruit, cheese & crackers, and a variety of dips.
Cold Sandwich Sideboard
Sliced ham, turkey, and roast beef, with assorted sliced cheeses, baked beans, tossed salad, macaroni salad, potato salad, sandwich rolls, and coffee.
